The Company has over 12 qualified engineers in the filed of Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical engineering. Their experience varies from 30 years of construction works in Iraq to junior engineers with excellent skills in spread sheet and computer software. Among the staff are engineers who hold international experience in quality construction in Europe, the United States and the Arabian Gulf region where they spent years in the field. 

Besides the engineering cadre, the company employs a number of qualified and experienced superintendents and foremen to run the jobs in accordance to our schedule and execution program.

Labor force is selected among a wide pool of workers who spent years working for the company. The labor force is dependable and loyal to the company's founders.
